All of Draw Works home plans are guaranteed to pass the plan approval process for cities in Southern Utah. Any custom homes designed for clients in other areas will also be guaranteed to pass the plan approval process.  If a plan is purchased "as is" for areas outside of Southern Utah then it is the responsibility of the owner and the contractor to see that all applicable building codes are followed and that the finished home will be in compliance with them.  These plans can and may need to be modified to comply with your local codes, soil condition, snow load, seismic and wind conditions, energy code, zoning regulations or other circumstances.
